JCI Estonia Annual Conference
13-16. SEPTEMBER 2018 in Narva
That’s not professional, is it?
In theatre a dress rehearsal is the final rehearsal of a live show, where the actors and musicians perform the play in its full detail. At that, the script is no longer consulted, whereas the cast will be dressed in their final costumes.
A dress rehearsal is necessary for rehearsing the individual roles, rehearsing play coordination, creating a real performance atmosphere, reducing anxiety in cast members, noticing possible shortcomingsIn the world of perfect performance one plus one does not always necessarily make two. In other words, two well-prepared performers do not necessarily grant the perfect outcome.
Military and rescue organisations everywhere know that even teams with the most capable members only achieve mediocre results if their actions are not exercised together and in specific conditions. We have excellent people. That is our potential. In Annual Conference 2018 we examine in various fields, how to translate that potential into a perfect conference, play or rescue operation.
Dress rehearsal is the glue that brings together the various elements necessary for the success of any event.
